  • Small boxes are available for up to 2 adults in a household for $25 a month +tax. Size 3 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Medium boxes are for up to 3 adults in a household, small businesses, or those requiring larger volumes of mail for $40 a month +tax. Size 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
  • Large boxes are for up to 4 adults in a household, businesses, or those requiring larger volumes of mail for $50 a month +tax. Size 10 3/4″ x 5 1/2″


Package service and parcel lockers are included with all boxes. Boxes available in 3 month, 6 month, or annual recurring rentals. 

There is a one time $25 refundable key deposit per key with each mailbox. The deposit is returned to you, once you return the keys. 

A one time $25 sign up fee per box covers the administrative time required set up your mailbox and create your account. 

Once you have paid for your box, the final step is to bring in your IDs and fill out the forms and receive your key(s). During the sign up process, you will receive an email with more information including the forms required. You may fill them out ahead of time and bring them with you, but this is not necessary, as we have them for you at our annex. 

For the 1583 Form required by the post office, you will need two IDs with you: one photo ID and one address verification. The following IDs are acceptable:

  • Photo ID Options

    • US State Driver’s License or State ID

    • Uniformed Service ID

    • US Access Card

    • Passport

    • US Permanent Resident Card

  • Proof of Address

    • US State Driver’s License or State ID

    • Current Lease

    • Mortgage or Deed of Trust

    • Home or Vehicle Insurance Policy

    • Vehicle Registration

    • Voter Card
